Shortly after earning my graphic design degree I was recruited to work/mentor with outdoor commercial photographer, John Laptad, which was about a decade ago. This has led to working with talented teams at innovative young startups, small to mid-sized companies as well as my own freelance client facing work with small local business’ to build effective marketing assets for their business.
Please enjoy scrolling through some of my favorite experiences below.

TRW + circular design workshops
A favorite aspect of shooting apparel were the moments I got to see and capture the innovative designs that brands like ADIDAS and The Northface created under TRW mentorship.
-
TRW's vision: in progress
‘1 million pounds by 2025’ It felt good working for an environmentally focused company.
-
2021: 587,967lbs from waste
Half way in 2021 and still on their way.

TEAL organization
TEAL works. The Renewal Workshop was my first experience working with a TEAL organization. Young companies are doing this more naturally because as things evolve as work/life balance, worker autonomy, holarchy are more important than ever.
At TRW the visions were always clear but I believe brands were just learning as TRW did the hard work. Their learnings launched numerous brands into re-commerce i.e. CIRCULAR. Overall = ONGOING SUCCESS.
TRW was acquired by a Dutch fashion logistics company, Bleckmann. They continue help brands become circular.
p.s.- This note is for new companies deciding how they want to operate.: TEAL fails when leadership doesn’t consistently provide VISION and meaningful DIRECTION, fyi.
